Like many of our other team members, Daniel found us through /biz. Daniel has been an active community member for a few months now and decided that he wanted to get involved & contribute. To begin, Daniel will be assisting with both front and back end issues, enhancements, and bug fixes. This is yet another massive win for kek.

Software Engineer (August 2020 — current)
Freelanced as a software engineer for PEAK6 part-time. Rest of the time was focused on other freelancing opportunities and projects within the DeFi space as well as learning DeFi. Main personal projects are DailyDefi.org and stakedvalue.com.
PEAK6 — NFS/Apex Crypto
Software Engineer (January 2020 — August 2020)
Worked as a back-end developer utilizing the Spring framework. The Apex Crypto team worked on various projects under the PEAK6 umbrella, with most focus of this time period being spent on NFS (National Flood Services). Built back-end microservices for managing policy/claims programs. Also did DevOps work with Kubernetes and Docker.

Software Engineer (February 2018 — January 2020)
Worked as a full-stack developer on the Trading Tools team. This team covers trader facing tools that traders would interact with to execute trades. Included providing data feeds and utility libraries in Python, and creating a UI framework with React.
Tool for users to track their earnings from a yield farming program called bao.finance. Gives an overview of staked value in each yield farming pool and pending/locked rewards. Built with React and heavily utilized the web3 API.
Straightforward resource centre for decentralized finance. Contains tutorials and various small tools. Tools include an impermanent loss calculator and LP token value calculator. Built with GatsbyJS and React.
